AI-assisted work
Artificial intelligence may assist with organisation, drafting, rewriting or translation. A generated draft is not treated as verified fact. Client-provided information and human review remain the basis of the final work.
Payments, cancellation and refunds
Payment terms are displayed at checkout. Because biography work is personalised, cancellation and refund rights may be limited after performance has begun with the customer’s request and acknowledgement, subject to mandatory consumer law. Any approved refund is returned through the original payment method.
Intellectual property and publication
After full payment, the client may use the final delivered biography for personal and professional purposes. MyBiography.io retains ownership of its platform, templates, code and brand assets. Public examples require separate permission unless clearly fictional.
